4 c sweet potatoes, cooked and mashed
2 eggs (beaten)
2 T butter
2 1/4 c sugar
1 c self-rising flour
1 c milk
1/4 t nutmeg
1 t cinnamon
1/2 t allspice
Mix together and pour into a 12" x 18" buttered pan (large biscuit
pan).
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until firm. Do not overcook.
Let cool
and add frosting on top.
FROSTING:
1 stick margarine (softened)
1 box 10x powdered sugar
8 oz cream cheese
1 t vanilla extract
Mix together and spread on cooled sweet potato mixture.
