Crust:
2 cups flour
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 sticks butter
1 cup chopped pecans
Blend together (like pastry) and press in a
9x13 pan. Bake at 350degrees for 15 minutes.
Filling:
2 - 8oz pkgs. cream cheese
1 3/4 cup sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp Apple Pie Spice
1 cup cooked Sweet Potatoes
Blend until smooth. Pour over crust. Bake at 350 degrees
for 45 minutes or until set. Cook and drizzle with
1 oz. of melted white chocolate and more chopped pecans
if desired. Chill and cut into squares. Store in freezer.
