Sweet Potato Cheese Balls

 2 cup sweet potatoes, cooked and mashed
 8 oz lite Philadelphia cream cheese
 1/4 cup minced onions
 1/4 cup finely chopped pecans
 1 teaspoon Louisiana Hot sauce
 1 teaspoon garlic salt
 1 teaspoon Lawry's seasoned salt
 1 teaspoon Panola pepper sauce
 1/2/ tablespoon minced jalapeno pepper
 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
 1 teaspoon onions ( granulated)

 

Let cream cheese come to room temperature.  cook Sweet potatoes until tender the peel, mash and cool. Blend sweet potatoes and cream cheese. Add remaining ingredients, mix and shape into balls, chill in over night container. Serve with favorite crackers. You may add some Jalapeno peppers to taste.
